This did nothing for us. Did not find this creamy. The grated cheese left a very grainy consistency, which we did not like. This lacked flavor……..just tasted mayo, sour cream and milk. Perhaps, fresh herbs and a different combination of grated cheeses, processed in a food processor, and or an immersion blender might help.
You would have had to pay $5 or more for that much premium Creamy Parmesan dressing, commercially prepared, and you spent less than $1! That's a real savings, and you're dressing is SO much better! Love homemade dressing. Thanks, Noreen.
Im definitely going to try this. There's a restaurant called McCallisters that had a Parmesan Peppercorn dressing but they stopped offering it (boo) and I've been craving it (I'm 5 mths pregnant). Thanks for posting this video.

Looks good. Homemade salad dressing is so much better than store bought bottled stuff.
This would be great as the dressing for one of my pasta salads. Thank you, Noreen! Can't wait to make it!
Noreen this looks delicious! Can blue cheese be added to this same base recipe and if so what might the spices be!
