  1. Ma'am I've tried this recipe many times.. Even though it turned quite good.. I'm not getting red colour.. I tried adding lots of it. Still it's just becoming pink in colour .. What should I do?? BTW ma'am I'm a great fan of u. U're recipes are just awesome.. ? (u r really down to earth, replying to all comments n clearing all the doubts)

  2. Hello gemma….my microwave oven is set at 1000 watt and it is of panasonic company….then what time should i set to bake the cake completely? And is there any substitute of the bowl material? That is, can i use ceramic bowl to bake? Actually the bowl you used is not available in our country shops…so what can i do in this regard?

  3. I finally tried this recipe last night, LOVED IT! Definitely came out better than I expected especially considering the fact that I'm not a huge fan of microwave cakes, I also tried your creamcheese frosting for the first time, I hate cream cheese but I'm DEFINITELY gonna start making this frosting more often so thank you!! None of your recipes have ever disappointed me, and you sure are my favorite chef!

  5. I've made this cake twice exactly the same way you have made it but the middle is always uncooked. When it's cooked I check with a tooth pick it comes out dry. Once it's cooled down I turn it upside and it's all wet. Where am I going wrong? ?

  6. Im new in your channel and im looooving it! Your recipes are easy and makes me want to bake again.. i stopped for awhile because ingredients are not really cheap and im lazy to go to the groceries everytime

    However, I have not used a microwave in 20 yrs..
    You probably don't know it, but a microwave alters the molecular structure of ingredients and when we eat them? It alters our blood instantly…
    So people really shouldn't eat anything out of a microwave, unless they like their white blood, red blood cells and all things blood related altered….
    Old people especially shouldn't be eating microwaved food, they are weak in health as it is, and eating stuff that lowers blood immunity is just plain foolish… Like playing roulette..

  8. How do you transfer your cake from the decorating turn table to a cake stand without ruining the cake? I’m making this cake for Valentine’s Day but need to transport it to a friend’s place.
