I’ve been vegan for 6 months! Lost 20lbs so far but I’m trying to be more plant based now;) I definitely need to loose 80 lbs more to be in a regular BMI. On my way! Thank you for all The great recipes!

My 2017 new year resolution was to have one meal a day vegan, and that has been breakfast since it was easiest for me. This year, I’d like to go for two meals vegan, but I have a cafeteria in school that does not sell vegetarian nor vegan food. I would really appreciate it if my vegan friends here could give me tips on school lunch, thank you in advance!

I'm making the vegan frittata tonight with artichoke hearts, olives and tomato. I had to add a little water to my batter as it wasn't pourable and processed into a lump 🙂

I read all USA white sugar uses cow bones in the process of clarifying it as well as this candy sticks have most of them a natural red color out of insects (carmín reds)
I just made your jackfruit "chicken" tortilla soup and it tastes amazing! I have a bowl sitting right in front of me (my second serving) and I'm waiting for it to cool down a bit cause I burnt my tongue while I was digging into the first bowl. Thank you for this awesome recipe, Sarah!

Just a note, the brownies recipe doesn't include an oven temperature – I baked for 30 mins at 350 degrees and they turned out beautifully fudgy 🙂
