  1. this looks good but that's a very small amount of food, and i've been eating like this all my life and it's starved me :p currently trying to double or tripple the amount, still having a problem with gaining weight though… people with a faster metabolism should eat more than this

Everything looks great and healthy, but my problem here is that I would be hungry all the time with this amount of food..since I really love tasty food, it kind of depresses me when I do myself something really healthy and it's just not fulfilling because it lacks in taste (duh I use spieces but broccoli for me personaly just can't be helped ?) or texture. I always combine vegetables with some kind of carb or protein, just because of the texture pleasure. Now when I wrote it..jup, weird af ? but I can't stick to this smoothie/soup/green juice diets, it just bumps me out. Takes the pleasure out of this amazing food…Hope I'm not the only one with this opinion?
    But thanks for the video, I really enjoyed it – thanks for not doing only vegan recipes, some people are getting a bit crazy about it lately in my opinion. ?♥

  5. I have nonstop been craving shrimp or chicken stir fry with rice lately and I'm trying to find ways to make it healthier but still tasty and still gluten free. Any suggestions?

  6. Fish is unnecessary.There are plenty of ways to get your protein through a Plant Based vegan diet.
    Overall, this is a pretty healthy diet though.
    It’s your diet, and it’s your choice.
    I just prefer being vegan.

  7. You should make a video on advise for traveling. I have only been to my home state and the state I live in now. But I want to travel when it gets warmer. What are some of the best places you’ve gone and want to go? What are some things you should do before hand like attractions or food and what should you bring with you? I get overwhelmed when trying to plan because I don’t know what to expect
