  2. What's your deal with peanut butter? Like, I just don't like the taste or texture of almond butter, and peanut butter isn't actually bad for you. How is almond butter better?

  3. I am totally on the same page with you & the fruit free smoothies! I don't eat smoothies often because the coldness of them tends to upset my stomach-but when I do they are high in healthy fats, protein, greens & fiber! Love your channel & these types of videos so much!

  4. Why do you exclude the butter from your bulletproof coffee? I like you mentioned that you don't eat unless you are hungry. Some days I don't feel like eating breakfast, and with school and work I can't eat the usual meal times

  5. About the Coffee, does adding creamer to it add any fat to it? And also, any tips on chicken? I cannot find any recipes to make it taste less bland. And you don't need make-up 🙂
