  4. try some wild duck breast same cooking technique but with wild duck is incrediable actually won a wild duck cook off with it , changed it up a little bit and used a pepper jelly cream cheese sauce over it that was good .

  5. Dear Rob, the next time you try Wellington try these little tweets
    Don’t add bread crumbs to your mushrooms, put raw mushrooms in food processor and make into a paste
    Place paste into a dry frying pan and cook until all liquid is gone. Also don’t use pie crust try puff pastry.

  6. Your Venison Wellington looked great!!the only difference I noticed was you used pie crust instead of puffed pastry. But that's what cooking is all about trying different things! The gravey looked delicious drizzled over the meat and potatoes! Great job Rob!! May God bless the Arrington family!!

  7. Looks great! Next time try using puff pastry instead of pie dough. It's more traditional and it makes the texture so much more satisfying! Love the videos especially the catch clean and cooks!

  9. i think it would hold together more easy if the pie crust fold happens at the bottom of the wellington because of all the juices from the meat while it cooks in the oven.

  11. rob is amazing and a genius and I love watching the girls growing so fast but I just have to say whenever sarah is in any of ya'll's videos it is just a humongous plus.she's down to earth,has a beautiful smile and those eyes and seems to work very hard in the background.she's a jewel rob and i'm sure she and the girls think the same way about you.you two are a great couple.please show sarah as often as possible.lol.

  12. My boyfriend was deployed in Korea when he was in the Air Force. Last night I made him a Bulgogi recipe he found while overseas. We used Antelope that he shot in the fall. It was delicious. You can't beat the quality of meat you get with any kind of wild game. I'm excited to try making this wellington for our Sunday dinner. I'm sure the family will love it.
