  2. Hey, Love your workouts and your meal ideas! Can you recommend certain exercises to grow and tone the "side" of the glutes? I feel like it's really hard to develop muscle there

  3. You are honestly my inspiration to be well, to not focused on the number, to be fine and happy under my own skin. Over my two-year struggle with various types of ED come and go, up till this day, I am still recovering and always return to your videos. Many of my recovery breakthrough happen during watching your videos. Can't even describe how thankful I am.

  4. hey i don't wanna sound negative or rude but the music was kinda loud compared to your voice so i had to lower the volume when the music was playing & add more volume when you were speaking and i just thought it could've been more balanced out..
    but otherwise i enjoyed as always, and those foods look super good!<3
