I want to thank you for this protein pancake recipe! I have made it with both Quest and Orgain powder now and both came out great. Saves me a ton from buying the boxed brand name protein pancake mixes and I think they taste even better this way (and this way definitely has better macros too). I like to top with homemade zero cal confectioners sugar and some sugar free pancake syrup which adds a whopping 5-6 calories. This is life changing stuff right here 🙂
