I made this the other day & it was very good.  The dressing is on the bland side so I added some Worcestershire sauce like another poster recommended & it helped.  The raw sauerkraut adds a nice zing that the dressing needs…I also added a spoonful of the Four Bean Salad that Costco carries (kidney, garbanzo, wax & green beans in a vinegar marinade) that helped give it some more zip.

    I've been vegetarian for almost 20 years… but just recently became vegan. Giving up creamy dressings (and cheese) has been the hardest part for me.

  3. I made the salad with whatever I had in the fridge but I made the dressing as written and it was amazing! Loved it. I have never tried sauerkraut in salad I will though it looks interesting.

  4. Not cool making people give you an email address to answer why some can't lose weight on a plant based diet or to get access to the FB group to learn more about raw eating. Not cool. Just give the information and stop gathering emails to spam to.
