I made this the other day & it was very good. The dressing is on the bland side so I added some Worcestershire sauce like another poster recommended & it helped. The raw sauerkraut adds a nice zing that the dressing needs…I also added a spoonful of the Four Bean Salad that Costco carries (kidney, garbanzo, wax & green beans in a vinegar marinade) that helped give it some more zip.

I made the salad with whatever I had in the fridge but I made the dressing as written and it was amazing! Loved it. I have never tried sauerkraut in salad I will though it looks interesting.

This dressing is not tasty which I was surprised! Maybe I needed to add salt idk. I'm going to add more lemon juice and maybe some cayenne.
