  1. Great video! I'm new to meal preps, so looking for delicious recipes to try. Only difficulty I'm having is how to reheat the meal preps, lots are simple, but how do you reheat this steak recipe without it drying out? Any advice would be great! ?

  2. As good as the meals look. They could be SOOO much better for you. And its simple! I mean I wont share because people tend not to like everyone going on about their diet but if anyone wants to know a better way to eat healthier, just let me know. I mean this guy is closer than many …actually most people but still not there. Sorry, I am in no way trying to put down this mans beliefs or tell him he is doing it wrong…just saying there might be a better way to go about this. ENJOY THE VIDEOS!

  3. Roast Brussel Sprouts are an awesome spring treat. I love them with nothing but salt olive oil and my Lambrusco Wine Vinegar. Its like the Trashy Sister of Balsamic Vinegar. I heard some people use homemade red wine vinegar, complete with the mother (the little layer of happy vinegar particles that are actually tasty and living probiotics like you find in activa yogurt. Raw Vinegar is a health tonic. Distilled vinegar isn't safer. It just filters out the probiotic so its just a tub of acid with nothing in it.
But Lambrusco is distilled, but is sweet and bright. It is made just like Balsamic except that it has no pine in it. Just sussreserve and grape must (Mashed Wine Grapes) If Balsamic Vinegar tastes like Chocolate or Caramel, Lambrusco and tastes vaguely of sangria or champagne. Mixing it with any oil (Avocado, Grapeseed Coconut or Ghee) makes them buttery and appealing. Without all the dairy and sugar in dairy products. It makes it sorta taste like a tart glazed candy. It works perfectly for any thick vegetable.
I suppose you could use a sweet Balsamic, but its hard to fall out of love with a favorite vinegar. And you can get a bottle of Lambrusco for like ten dollars and it is gone in five minutes. It is distilled but it makes a good flavor. And almost no sugar.
