Spinach and Artichoke Dip Flo Lum 1/2 c cream cheese softened 1/4 c mayo 1/4 c sour cream 6 oz artichoke hearts chopped 10 oz frozen spinach thawed / squeezed "dry" 1/2 c pepperjack cheese grated (can use other type) salt and pepper Heat oven to 400 F. Cream together the cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream. Blend and then mix in artichoke and spinach to creamed mixture. Mix. Evenly spread mixture in a heatproof baking dish. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Can sprinkle on more cheese if desired.
Love spinach and artichoke dip but like Dude dairy doesn’t love me. I’ve been taking lactaid pills since I can remember. Thanks for sharing another great recipe. I love your channel. ?
I also put minced garlic in mine and add some Epicure Smokey Bacon. I love the chemistry you two have in these videos. Do you guys ever disagree on how something is filmed or how it’s scripted? I think it’s so admirable that you can work together like that. Cheers!
