They don't use coconut water for blood transfusions. However, the water within the coconut is sterile and makes the perfect saline solution for people who are severely dehydrated. 😀 Yay for coconuts!
Hey Kristina, i ve got just one question… I guess a lot of people who are watching your (great) videos live in nothern areas. It is pretty much harder to get the same stuff u re showing in your videos. If you wanna get this amount of fresh and organic food you have to pay a lot of money and the quality isn t the same. So what is your attitude to frozen fruits? Here (in germany) they re much cheaper than the fresh version… Does it make a huge difference?

I will definitely give this a try. I don't think coconut water needs to be poured through the juicer though, lol.
