does it have to have heavy cream ?
do we put boiled rice or unboiled rice?
Aren't you suppose to temper the eggs first before adding to hot mixture to prevent curdling?
Why lemon rind?
I eat mine warm, and mine is not as creamy, but on most part same recipe. Yummy yum yum!

I tried this recipe with 60gm sugar and less condensed milk. It's still way too sweet for me. I'd reduce the sugar to half instead
