  1. recently gave up meat for ethical reasons could you point me in the direction of good vegan cheese please? still trying to get my bearings foodwise. And could you do pad thai noodles please

  2. Pad Kee Mao is my favorite Thai dish. Chef Melissa Mango who worked at Tree of Life and Cafe Gratitude (in Santa Cruz) came up with a raw vegan version.

  3. This sounds lovely! To make a more filling meal out of it, I would slice some red or white cabbage finely and let it soak in the dressing for half an hour before mixing it in with the other veg, and perhaps add a little bit of sesame oil.

  4. Looks yummy! and easy 🙂 Going to make this for a potluck tomorrow, thank you! Oh and my favorite Thai dish – too hard to choose! Can you just post as many as possible, please? 🙂

  5. oooooo!!! nom nom nom  ..Thai is my favorite .(pad thai being my favorite thai dish…oh and spring rolls). Can you make a vegan version of thai iced coffee? it is so delish but it is made with condensed milk.

  6. Love the recipe, but I am severely allergic to all nuts, so I guess I have to do the salad without nuts…what should I call it?…can you do a vegan version of lasagna and how do I replace the cheese? I am also allergic to milk, cheese…???

  7. Love your videos. You are funny even when not trying and well versed. I do not do Thai food, but I eat a zillion pounds of cucumbers a year so I can foresee making some form of this salad of yours pronto! By the way, I once read man years ago that cucumbers help keep the skin and hair healthy and helps to stave off gray hair. Today is my 50+ birthday and not a gray hair in sight and I NEVER color my hair. I have been a hoarder of cucumbers since my 20s and a Vegetarian since I was 17/Vegan since I was 21 and mostly raw! All this makes me a fan of yours! Thank you for the great videos!

  8. I really like Thai spicy noodles, it at least that's what it is on the menu at my favourite Thai restaurant haha, its seems fairly vague though. I get it without fish sauce, so it doesn't taste quite the same. I also love sticky rice. If you could make Thai recipes without the massive amounts of sugar they usually use that would be awesome!
