    Looks like it turned out good Dan. I have been wanting one of those too. Right now I just got to stick with the ninja crock slow cooker lol. It looked like it turned out pretty good.

  5. Usually i have to add a couple dashes of tabasco for a final spice once it's cooked. I put it on just about everything even ham samwiches.

  6. Woohoo, welcome to the Instant Pot family, Dan! Be sure to take the seal out of the lid and clean it well. It tends to retain food smells. Store the lid upside down in the pot. Your stew looks great. Wish I had some more. Did some country style ribs in mine this past weekend, but I forgot to film it. They were wonderful. Fall off the bone tender.
