  1. Damn, I'm astounded how little quality food one has to eat to get sufficient nutrients. One sandwich is basically 1/4 of the daily calories for a man. That's crazy.

  2. The chicken & pesto sandwich has become one of my back to back weekly meal preps ever since this video was uploaded , can't get enough of it! ? Stocked up on some basil that was on sale! So just wondering before i start making it right now, how long would a jar containing 3 times the recipe of your basil pesto would last on the fridge? So i can date it ? thanks! And do in loooove with your channel ??

  7. I am doing counting calories on my Fitbit app. Are you guys saying you just have to keep your macros at certain percentages and not worry about calories – only ratio? Or do you count calories too? These meals seem pretty high in calorie for me cause I only get 1200?

  9. I just found your channel yesterday and I love it! Food looks so good and I just bought all the stuff to let me start meal prepping because you guys totally inspired me! Not to mention, I can completely identify with the struggles you all have gone through as a long distance couple, as I'm from the states and my boyfriend is from Ireland. Immigration stuff sucks, but to see people like you succeed gives us hope! Thanks for being awesome!!

  11. I really enjoy your channel and just ordered your book.  I can't wait for it to come from Amazon. I wondered if you all have any recipes for coffee drinks.  I do a lot of meal prep and am a pretty good eater…but I do have a big weakness for cappuccinos. I have a cappuccino machine at home and make my coffee drinks with organic coffee syrups but they do have a high sugar content.  Just wondered if there are some tasty alternative ways to make good frothy coffee drinks that might be less sugar and a tad healthier.  Thank you!
