She just cooks for the riders, the mechanics and team staff tend to eat tat the hotels. Bjarne Riis was an exception – he got an omelette and a glass of red!
Blair Ellis, she takes her spoons from the right and but them down on the left, when the camera zoomes out you can see all the spoons laying there. Poor professionalilism??? she was hired from the best restaurant in the world, what place is your restaurant?
You are absolutely right on both counts. However that does not excuse behavior from a professional in an industry. The same way some cyclists give us a bad name, chefs like this also give a bad name by violating best practices.
I think the riders immune systems can handle what little bacteria was introduced. Also we dont know if they would actually use what she created just then.
No, I manage a restaurant, and food safety is a big part of my job. I get paid to make sure we serve uncontaminated food and that triple dip stuck out like a sore thumb. I posted it more jabbing at/joking about Hannah than anything else. If Saxo-Tinkoff wants to hire chefs that have poor professionalism, that's their business.
hello Hannah, is there a reason you don't use lemon juice?
Where I come from if the honey is "firm" it's gone to sugar and no good to be used.
Great recipe we can prepare it at home easily thank you. Looking for your new ones.
You're onto something there!
