Extra 1/2 portion rice vinegar for every portion of white vinegar, and instead of water, try bouillon paste I.e. Better than bouillon in pork flavor or w/e and water(it's MUCH better than the cubes) it will add flavor and you can cut some of the soy sauce, also Worcestershire sauce would work I'm sure

Also, rice wine vinegar is an EXCELLENT substitute for white vinegar
I'd use peanut oil instead, higher smoke point. Also, add the soy sauce later, it will fry and burn in oil
