I've looked all around YouTube for a good cilantro lime dressing, and this one seems like the simplest and easiest one that I found. I'm going to be trying this tonight, and I will let you know how it turns out. I especially want to thank you for giving me another way to use up leftover mayonnaise. I have been making homemade mayonnaise for a couple of years now, And when The mayonnaise gets more than 4 or 5 days old I try to use it up in things like potato salad, macaroni salad, ranch dressing etc. Now I have a brand-new salad dressing that has all my favorite ingredients and a delicious and easy way to use up leftover mayonnaise. I make something very similar, but use yogurt – I think someone else also said that. LOL Or sometimes I use a thick kefir or buttermilk.

you should try this with Greek yoghurt instead of mayonnaise… it's delish xx
