i don't know if i skip something, but the dressing was way to oily, i couldn't taste the vinegar. I was very disappointed. I guess I'd be back to the store brand.

Lynn, You know, I have made this for years and have always refrigerated? I wasn't thinking that you could leave at room temperature! It took you to make that light bulb go off! LOL! You are inspiring. Thanks. 🙂
hi lynn. being italian i have made a dressing somewhat similar to what u just showed. really a great marinade too. i added chopped galic for taste. goes good on many things. take care ralph
