  1. I have noticed that most foods that are "Fat Free or "reduced Fat have so many bad ingredients and high Carbs in them that is not good for your body than just full Fat foods plus it spikes your insulin lean meat spikes your insulin levels which is not good for you

  3. Stop with your nonsense about food labels and substituting items, you know there’s magic food ? but seriously I’ve tried a lot of these things in the “healthier” version and they are just as enjoyable!
