  1. Too much protein can kill you. It's a new kind of eating disorder. I was training in nursing and was told that by a head nurse. I don't even know how much protein is too much though. Your recipes look delish and cheap. Protein is handy for vegans who struggle to feel full. And Carbs. And Fats. Lol. I hate people who are doing protein for the sake of 'pretty'. Why do I need to count grams of anything unless my doctor has said to? Will be making these recipes and ignoring the counting like everyone should. X

  2. Recently came across your videos. Love them and very inspirational. Also it's good to see a fellow Scot on YouTube. My grandfather immigrated from Edinburgh to Americal.

  3. I love this! You should make more videos where you take one sort of dish and make it work for different meals! I get so bored of meal prep but this is a life changer, it would add such variety and keep things low cost (because university ain't cheap…lol) and save so much time

  4. love it … I reckon add some fresh chopped chilli, red onion (instead of onion powder) and lemon to the avocado to make a tastier avocado guac though (I basically copy Chipotle recipe) 🙂

  5. That base that you use across all recipes looks delicious!! And I'm all about healthy eating made simple for many of us who don't have loads of time to spend prepping meals. ?

  6. Also, if you substitute regular pasta for pasta made from 100% lentil/pea/chickpea/bean/soy flour you can bump up your protein intake quite substantially 🙂 They are all gluten free as well (which is why I’m using them..)
