Thank you for this easy recipe. I made it yesterday and just can't stop eating it. it is so good! I used store bought tomatoes sauce and farmers cheese I had in the fridge. I hit one problem, though, when my pan didn't fit my electric oven. I was forced to cook it in a microwave and even that did not spoil this recipe. Thank you!!!!!
You forgot to share the sauce recipe! A lasagna doesn't need meat and I feel vegetarian ones taste better usually. And while I love cheese I had some meat lasagna at an expensive Italian restaurant in Chicago and it barely had any cheese.. it was fall to the floor down utterly amazing tasting. I wish I had their recipe. I've asked Italians to share a simple lasagna recipe and they all claim it's difficult to make.. none of them would share their recipe with me..grrrr.. yeah it doesn't look too hard to make. I think it's in the sauce and spices and specific cheeses.

it can be healthy, I used part skim mozzarella and part skim ricotta, the meat one I use ground chicken and turkeu

this has dairy its not Vegetarian then its just meat free
I just made this but added roasted bell peppers and Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Awesome dish! Thanks for sharing.
