Although my vegan journey has directed me into all different ways to eat vegan, and my Busy lifestyle has forced me into finding different vegan restaurants to eat at. I have found myself coming back to this YouTube channel that has helped me anchor in the vegan lifestyle with all the healthy and tasteful recipes that were also close to fully raw because I am not a fan of fake meats. I love this channel and I thank you for your passion. It is truly appreciated it. And please keep up the good work!

I'm a college student so I had to make due with what I had and switched up the oil and just kinda went wild with the seasoning I had because I didn't have ones in the video… either way it came together very well
I just got my book today and it is beautiful. I didn’t get this recipe unfortunately, but I am looking forward to making the blackeyed pea hummus. I also invented my own sweet potato hummus a long time ago, so I was quite jazzed to see your version. I will be making that tomorrow evening to take to my moms house for snacking purposes. Congratulations on your book. I just started my vegan journey. I'm so new that I ate fried wings on the 25th day., and again a couple days after that, but I'm back on track. Need to prepare meals in advance to not run for the fast food. Looking forward to following you, and trying your recipes. Hugs ??❤

I got your book two days ago and I did the lentil loaf and I made the jalapeno hush puppies!!!!!!! Awesome book!!! Great dishes and I will be trying more!!!

I got my copy yesterday much quicker than I expected. I thought it was going to be out next week. I got it around 3:00 pm and by 5:30 I was eating hush puppies. I made the white sausage today, but I used black beans because that's all I had. I appreciate the historical notes. I still love your ebook for quickness and tastiness.
Just got back from being out of town for a couple of days and your book was waiting for me. So excited! I’m plant based by choice and gluten-free for health (Celiac). Since the vegan meat choices have gluten I will probably substitute them with baked tofu. Your book is beautiful!

I'm not vegan however I'm always interested to see what you cook. I haven't seen you cook with okra. Why not make an okra gumbo or stew?
