  1. I made this cake (my first time baking ever!) and I got raving reviews. This is a great recipe and I recommend anyone watching the video to try it. I modified the recipe by:
    1. adding slightly more flour (1/4 cup) and a pinch more baking soda and baking powder.
    2. Instead of cherries I simply added an extra 1/2 cup of cranberries
    3. used evaporated cane sugar instead of brown sugar
    4. used almond extract instead of vanilla

    If you love fruit and nut cakes give this recipe a shot !!! You won't regret it.

  2. main ne 180 deg celsius me 30min rakha dekha ki cake andar se kaccha hai…to mai ne or 5min bara diya lekin uke bad dekha ki cake upar ki surface pura jal gaya…but or pura acha bake huya tha…to ai se me time or temp.kaise adjust kare mam..plz tell me?
