Well, off I went to get the ingredients! I couldn't get the purple cabbage, then ran about like a headless chicken trying to find the tahini, and couldn't get it either aargh! I ended up doing it with red pepper and just left the tahini out and it was absolutely beautiful. Really healthy and tasty. I will have to get the tahini and do the full recipe:)
