  1. I will make the French one! I love the fact that you're sharing French Recipes, but what makes them more wonderful, is they come from the home …Merci. 🙂 Italians eat salad after the main course too. 🙂 Better way than before the meal like Americans do. 🙂

  2. Good evening, Beth. I have a question for you; there is a French boulangerie near my home that serves the most amazing side salads (that I would like to try at home) but I can't seem to replicate the dressing. Its a simple vinaigrette but its very mild tasting and low acid. What would suggest using? Do I change the ratios and use more oil? Is there a more mild vinegar I could try (or substitute for a different acid?) Or do the French just toss salad in oil? Thank you!

  3. I just thought that u should know I found your Chanel a few weeks ago through kin and OH MY GOSH I am addicted. I used to cook the same dishes everyday but now I am eager to try new things and 'spice' up some old things. I love your channel so much I really do honestly think it's the best cooking channel on you tube.

  5. Well Beth ! U are so amazing that it just feels good to watch the way you explain the recipes and the Do's and the dont's 🙂 I haven't anyone see someone dedicate themselves in explaining the mistakes and remedies that can be made during the recipes ! U are doing a great job… Every time i watch your videos… its usually goes on for hours together 🙂 I am from India and I feel so encouraged to try so many new things that you share:) Way to go 🙂

  6. Question Beth: Could I make those recipes in big quantities and store them in fridge instead of having to make some every time? If yes for how long? Thank you! 😀

  7. If I would buy salad dressings my parents would think I'm crazy. We ALWAYS make our own dressings and I don't like the store bought ones anyways 🙂 I'm glad you tought me some new ones to switch up my go to salad dressings!
