  4. I'm a big fan of your videos. The recipes are good, your demonstrations are straight forward, and you're a great teacher! Thank you.

  5. I notice no acidic addition here like lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Does Bragg's liquid aminos have a tang to it? ..I haven't come across Braggs products here in the UK yet. I'm sure this dressing is full flavoured and satisfying as it is anway, thanks Anja. Btw you look so well and vibrant, defo radiating health!

  6. P.S. sorry about misspelling your name. I guess I never paid attention to how it was spelled, then I read the comments below this video, and saw how your name is spelled. I'll do better.

  7. Anya, I didn't realize why you were gone for so long. So sorry you had to go through that, but so glad you're back. I follow several vegans, but you and Connie from Connie's Rawsome Kitchen are just the best. You two come up with the best recipes. Going to try this recipe, as salads are a staple in my eating regimen. I don't usually watch the "what I eat in a day" videos, but you haven't made any seitan videos. Are you a raw vegan, or do you just choose to not make seitan videos?

  8. I think sauces and dressings like this one are where the magic happens in most vegan cooking, since the sauce or a dressing is where most of the flavor is in a dish. Then you can use the same sauce or dressing with a variety of combinations of base ingredients like grains, legumes, pastas, greens (cooked and raw), vegetables, potatoes, etc. Given how many delicious sauces and dressings I have seen on your channel, perhaps you might one day write a cookbook of just vegan sauces and dressings. A handful of sauces and a handful of dressings along with a several different grains, legumes, vegetables, and greens and you can mix and match for a nearly infinite combinations of buddha bowls, pasta plates, hot and cold salads. Plus given as a set of building blocks it would inspire readers to bring their own creativity to the process of cooking rather than just slavishly following a recipe for a complete dish. Just a thought.

And I would say you could probably do a second cookbook with of just your vegan cheeses recipes. That cookbook right there could get millions of people to go vegan knowing that they wouldn't have to entirely giving up cheese like taste and texture.

    Oh, and welcome back!
