Do you cut Abby's meat up into smaller pieces? I know choking is a serious hazard, and not to be grim, I have seen in my time and work many disabled (not autistic) people who've choked on meat specifically, and some had dire outcomes. Meat is always the culprit.
This reminds me of goulash. Were from Germany and thats always been one of my favorite meals. Im gonna be trying this soon, seems very similar to what my mom used to make. 🙂

I made your smashed potatoes and they are BANGING!!! I think I might want to try the cubed steak you made with I think it was onion. any reason why you don't flour and brown the meat? I thought a classic recipe does that but I wonder if this tastes better??!
