  1. Ik this video was made a while ago but eating gluten free isn’t healthy unless you have to eat that way ?. And the way you were cutting the avocado was just unholy ?

  2. For the avocados, make sure they're a little soft when you squeeze them. If they're too tough to cut, then they're not ripe. And when you do cut them, cut them in half the long way so you can scoop it out. If you just use half, leave the other half with the seed in it so it won't turn brown.

  3. I'm not trying to be rude because I use to drink that stuff a lot!!! It was so good but when I found out it had to much sugar added I made my own. My bf bought me a blender and i made my own fruits and veggies.

  4. I'm seeing all the comments, why such hate for stupid things? Also I want to start eating breakfast but I don't know why even if I only drink water in the morning my belly becomes SO BIG like omg! Any advice on that please?

  5. Another thing to try is toast with peanut butter and maple syrup! It's super yummy and my friend calls it "poor mans French toast" it sounds weird but it's really good and sweet.

  6. None of this was healthy… not even the oatmeal cause you over-did it with the fruit which adds lots of sugar and calories. This was just a "lemme make a carb and sugar filled breakfast and label it healthy for views" they're not bad recipes just don't lie and call them healthy please
