  1. I'm new to your channel and love you! Try using essential oils to help with your anxiety they do wonders! Trust me after my head on car accident and stroke I had anxiety anytime I had to get in a car and they helped me some oils you can even cook with them or put a drop or two into a drink such as a smoothie I love the lemon oil but they can only be put into drinks in a stainless steel or metal container if you use them in a styrofoam or plastic water bottle the cup/container disintegrates

  2. Hi new to your channel! But, was wondering how do you balance all the sugars from the fruits such as strawberries and bunch of other berries together. I have to be a bit careful with how much sugar I add and I wanted to start into making smoothies and everything

  3. Wonderful video HealthNut! So pleased that you'll be sharing more about your anxiety journey. I struggle with that too and it just gives so much moral support when people like you are op n about not just the anxiety but what you are actively doing about it. One thing I'll be using this year is the book A Year of Living Mindfully by Anna Black. I am going to try to use it as a way to increase my mindfulness practice in order to manage my anxiety through weekly exercises. I'm curious to see how it will go! Also watching your videos is really relaxing!!
