  1. For the orange chicken it looks like you added 1 red bell pepper and 1 yellow bell pepper or did you add a half of each? Just want to know. Ended up using just the one pepper. My husband loved it and it smells awesome when its cooking.

  2. I love adding a little soy sauce to boost the flavor of lean ground turkey for dishes I would have traditionally used beef in. These stir fry recipes look yummy.

  3. 2:21… eek, I'm not a fan of this. If you are not either, add your peppers at the end to avoid mushy looking peppers. The color would be more vibrant too (I am a chef, yes I like to watch others cook too).

  4. I think you are the one of the best what I was watching for about 15 years. Keep going. You deserve a pedestal together with Jamie Oliver and Roger Mooking.

  5. OMG! You r the bomb- dot-com! I can’t cook for squat but every one of your recipes comes out freaking delicious! I eat all of all of them! I usually throw my cooking in the garbage. And they’re fast and healthy and cheap! What more can you ask for? Thank you very much! Keep them coming!

  6. I love a good stir fry so I'll definitely do up a list of ingredients to make these, especially the orange chicken one. You make it look so simple, easy and delicious. I'm sold!

  7. I am allergic to peppers, can I use any other veggies with the orange-sauce-recipe instead? Not sure whether which might suit or rather not suit the orange flavour?
