  1. Thank you for sharing, I'm always up for trying new recipe, especially healthy ideas. Cooked dinner tonight, we had the turkey Quinoa taco skillet, it was so delicious, hubby loved it as well!

  2. Hi there, I love your quinoa ideas and recipes! I finally made the turkey taco quinoa recipe and it turned out great! Please keep them coming!

    However, I tweaked the recipe a little bit by roasting my quinoa with some butter prior putting it into the skillet. Also, your recipe calls for 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth, I only used 2 cups since I skipped the beans and was afraid it would be too runny. Anyway, I wish I could upload the pics to show you but it was delicious and I love it! I

  3. I will be trying the first one this weekend for my lunch preps for work nxt week 😀 Looks really nice. Never eaten quinoa much so am excited to try as looks really tasty and healthy.

  4. Ok, so I told myself I would try all three. Tried the first one… and freaking fell in love with it!!!
    Now everytime I think of trying the other two, I remember how good the first one was, and make it again!
    Please, help!

  5. I made the chicken-lemon one tonight, but I swapped out the asparagus for kale. Last time I made it, I swapped for broccoli which was pretty good but oh my god, the kale was SO MUCH better! It's one of my favourite dishes to make, it's so easy and it makes such a big amount, it's great for meal prepping honestly.

  6. Just made the Garlic Shrimp & Quinoa recipe with my husband. He is a very picky eater, so it has been very challenging to find meals that we both can enjoy. At the top of our list is to learn how to incorporate. This meal hits all the high notes, fulling, tasty, easy to prepare. Thank you for sharing

  7. Its been a year that this has been up and i never new anything about quinoa other than its a super food and i recently have been on a diet and exercise and the Turkey Taco Skillet dish is amazing. Whats not to like! I cant wait to try the other two dishes.
