  3. i just wanted to tell you that if you marinate fish too long (more than 90 minutes) the fish will become tough especially if you add some acid into the marinate because the acid will start to 'cook' the fish

  4. I love the cajun shrimp! You know how sometimes you make the seasoning and sometimes buy store bought, is there any holy grail ingredient that you always make yourself and never buy?

  5. We made the Cajun shrimp last night for supper! It was awesome!! The shrimp, the lime, and the Cajun spice is an amazing symphony of flavors! Very good and spicy too. Love it! The kids and I all cleaned our bowls. Definitely one of our favorites now! Keep the great healthy recipes coming!

  7. I made the first meal for dinner tonight, it was so easy to make and smelled good. I followed all the instructions and when my family and I went to eat it, it was way too hot. I can’t handle spice ….but it was so delicious I cried my way though the meal because my face was burning. Just be careful of the Cajun, when I make it again I will only use one tablespoon!! But it tasted amazing!

  8. Maybe you'd like to change the title for "Healthy sea food recipes" since only the last one is made with fish! 🙂 shrimp is a crustacean and clam is a molusk! I work with Marine biology and Environmental education, so I understand their classification is confusing 🙂
