I am currently making the sopinach artichokje pasta and I am concerned that it seems like there is a LOT of liquid in my pot! I;m hoping this reduces down quite a bit or this is going to be more soup than pasta 🙁

Made the Cajun one halved the recipe as was unsure of serving size and left out celery as i dont like it..fantastic..tasty..spicy..100% this is now added to my recipes.

My issue with one pot pasta is that I feel like I tend to end up with a very soupy sauce and/or overcooked pasta.
What do you suggest substituting cream with? Everybody in my house is lactose. Btw…… I get a good kick out of your puns. It really cracks me up. ??

Wash your dry pasta before adding, no need to stir because it will no longer stick together.
