  2. I was happy to see a notification from your channel – 1 more day of Vlogmas to me. 🙂 That all looks good! I've got meatloaf on my mind, as well. Just a tip – I had made a low carb meatloaf with 2 eggs and found it way too moist for 1 pound of meat. Now I use 1 egg and it seems a lot better. And you are definitely not being lazy buying the precooked eggs – you're being a good manager of your time. 🙂 I have tried so many methods through the years and finally found one that works great and they peel much easier – steaming them!
