  1. Whole wheat ( sometimes gluten free bread, not as tasty though) with marscapone cheese ( I mix a little bit of raw honey into it, but that’s optional) topped with ?( organic if not too pricey) ?

  2. I love a homemade breakfast sandwich, toast a whole wheat English muffin, cook an egg while that is toasting, top with a little shredded cheese, some sriracha and a slice of deli ham. So much yummier, cheaper, and healthier than a egg mcmuffin! It takes about 3 minutes from start to finish.

  3. My go to healthy breakfast for my kids are make ahead breakfast sandwiches. We also love smoothies. Another good way to get v8 in your diet is to add it to your spaghetti sauce!

  4. One of my favorite healthy and quick breakfasts is a protein shake. I love to make my own and add spinach to it, but if I’m in a hurry I will grab a pre-made one from the fridge. My favorite is the chocolate Vega ones. SO yummy!

  5. I have found that making breakfast that freezes well is a sure fire way to eat healthy in a hurry! I grab bread from the bakery on clearance and make and freeze breakfast sandwiches, wrap in foil and reheat in oven! I will say real eggs work far better then egg white (top).
