  1. I squeeze the lemons which are cheap in winter season, remove juice and store them in small bottles of Frooti and put it in the freezer and keep using one bottle at a time as needed. This way you can store large amounts of lemon juice in winter and use till almost the summer season. I normally squeeze out about a 1.5 kg of lemon juice in winter. I have been doing this for nearly 10-12 years successfully and it does not turn acidic, it remains the same. Do give it a try this winter. Thanks
