Tip: If you have some cauliflower leaves and stem you don't know what to do with, you can make a soup! In a pot, put the leaves and stem of a cauliflower, cover with water and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add 150 grams of split peas and the seeds of one pod of cardamom. Cover with vegetable broth and cook until the peas and cauliflower are cooked and tender. Then pour everything into a blender, mix it and voila! If it's too watery you can put it back in the pot on low to medium heat to thicken it, and if it's too thick, simply add some water. No more throwing away perfectly good vegetables 😉

Does the mushroom coffee actually have caffeine in it?? Would love to try it but I'm avoiding caffeine as it triggered panic attacks for me in the past 🙁
