  1. Hi am new and this is the first video that I watched at you are really good at I loved this video and there's nothing wrong!Accept the sound it's like not clear but anyway I love it and you are so beautiful!

  2. I love salads too. Thank you for sharing, I didn't know about these store bought dressings. I will start to make my own now. I love your youtube channel. I am learning a lot about eating right. I also love your voice, its so soft and soothing to hear.

  3. I just found your channel and am excited to start trying some of your recipes! I'm not vegan, but want to eat healthier (less meat, less processed, and more veggies) and need ideas. I've subscribed for future videos. Thanks for all you do! ?

  4. My favorite home made salad dressing is made with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and honey or maple syrup, salt and pepper. All the amounts are to taste. Put all the ingredients in a mason jar and shake. Bon appetit! 🙂

  5. I never eat salad dressing anyway. Only if it's like amazing fancy salad dressings from like Olive Garden or something. I just eat my salads plain. Is that weird?

  6. The Kraft salad dressings I use (French and Italian) are made with soybean oil, have no HFCS, no MSG and are only 30 calories/2 tbsp. which is more than I have because I only have around 1… So yeah, it's oil which is an added fat, but other than that I'm not going to worry about a tiny amount of salad dressing…

  7. Lovely recipes I'm excited to try the sundried tomato one. Are you able to do some recipe videos for oil-free dressings? I'm trying to eat more whole foods and as little processed as possible. If not I understand but your recipes all look great and I'd like to see if you know any delicious oil-free ones 🙂 Cheers.

  8. I think you should reconsider using so much of that oil… the color is pretty disturbing! In Italy olive oil has an intense yellow-green color… so I'm wondering how much processed has to be that one 🙁

  9. The worst store bought salad dressing I've ever bought was one made by Kraft. It was disgusting, like sweet chemicals. I make my own with extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar and a little mustard. You can't beat it.

I also make a simple pasta dressing by crushing a vege stock cube into a powder, mixing it in olive oil and adding some fresh garlic, and use that instead of pesto on my pasta.

  10. Oh hai! Have you ever tried – Fionas fat free family feasts (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it, my cooworker discovered some great recipes with it.
