  1. you as a doctor consider this dinner for a child? and adult? clearly not. this all snack/finger food. steamed organic veggies with diced chicken breast , quinoa cooked with coconut butter sprinkled with chia seeds and few slices of fruit. That is an appropriate wholesome dinner for a child. i give fruit after they have eaten the other things. if fruit is present with the meal they just eat all that up first and fill their belly! so keep that separate and offer it after. Not rocket science.

  2. You are so awesome. I loved your video and your sweet smile. It is so hard to get good nutrients into kids and this is a great way to make the food look delicious and fun!
