Hi Sammiie, after the stew had cooked for 30 minutes, did you have to release the pressure, in order to open the lid? I tried a stew of my own, and decided to add dumplings 5 minutes before end of cooking time. I released the pressure in order to open the lid, but the steam that came out was brown from the gravy. It went over the walls and ceiling :((. I tried smothering the release valve with a cloth, which turned brown. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Great video, thanks for the upload. I've just subscribed to your channel as I've bought the 5l version. Stew looks really nice. I added balsamic vinegar,1 tbsp and Worcester sauce 1tbsp and also a quarter of the liquid was red wine. So nice.
Got my pkp today. Not sure where to start. A total novice and not sure how to use all the settings but loved your recipe idea. Would love to see a recipe of chicken red or white wine sauce. And a detailed step by step video when cooking on how to use the pkp. E.g. releasing steam . Different Settings. How long to wait before you can open lid . ty .looking forward to trying mine out more of your great videos
Another great video thank you, I got my 3 Ltd for Christmas and have been too scared to use it yet. I have done the first clean and plan on making a stew at the weekend.
