I am not a fan of tahini, (I tasted it the first time I bought some and I immediately threw out the entire brand new jar, for some reason, it tastes really awful to me!) but, actually, I have discovered that beet or traditional hummus works beautifully without tahini or oil. Thanks so much, you're such a help to me, I am so very grateful for your plant based cooking guidance! Applause from WV USA
Never thought about making hummus with beets. I am going to try this today. By the way, I love your videos because they minimize oils and sugars. Please make more.
Made the recipe yesterday and absolutely love it! The best dip I've tasted and is a great dressing for cabbage slaw. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe, keep up the good work : )

Just made it. It's a winner! I didn't have fresh garlic. Instead of using the frozen garlic and ginger cubes in the freezer, I used Hing or Asafoetida as it is more commonly known. Also, in Tesco, UK, I found a tub of whole small size beets steamed with a malt vinegar tang. Thanks for the inspiration Anja.
That's exactly how I make my regular hummus, thanks for the reminder about adding beets. Your reaction to how good it was made me want to make some right now! Happy Valentine's Day, and thanks for the video! ❤
Hi anna do you have a recipe for lemon ice cream but without using coconut

Beetroot increases nitric oxide which dilates blood vessels and allows up to 10% more oxygen to be absorbed. Some athletes take the juice daily
