  1. Man I bet it’s awesome and I’d love to give it a shot but I wouldn’t be able to locate 75% of the spice where I live. Variety is what it is. Sucks.

  2. There is a world of difference in cooking for a contest and cooking for a meal. Contest chili is made to hyper-stimulate the judges' taste buds and thus stand out from the crowd. For an actual meal dish you need a much less salty, much less spicy recipe. A large bowl of this chili would require the drinking of a gallon of water to flush out the salt.

    Beef, beans, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, a small amount of cumin, chili powder and a dash of salt and pepper is meal chili. You can grow most of the ingredients in your garden. Also, fresh ingredients add taste that you won't get with packaged powders.

  3. Man screw this video, unprofessional- "I don't have this, I don't have that", did this guy not know he was going to be making a video? Could he not have been better prepared?
