  1. So I know with regular wheat flour you're supposed to kill the bacteria with heat before you eat it in things like energy balls or you can get salmonella or other things. Is this is the same with coconut flour?

  2. I'd like you to know that I bought prunes for the first time specifically because I trust you so much when you recommended them last time- and I LOVE them. SO much better than dates (which is just TOO sweet for me.) Very excited to try these balls!
