Spicy Spaghetti Sauce With Pepperoni

Ingredients

.....8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
.....1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/2 inch
.....1 cup (2 medium) chopped onions
.....1 cup pitted ripe olives, sliced 1/2 inch
.....1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
.....1 cup water
.....2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
.....1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
.....2 teaspoons basil leaves
.....1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
.....1/4 teaspoon pepper
.....1 tablespoon country style Dijon mustard
.....1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
.....3 ounces sliced pepperoni

Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in 3 quart saucepan combine all ingredients except pepperoni. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened (15 to 20 minutes)., Stir in pepperoni; continue cooking until heated through (4 to 5 minutes). Serve over spaghetti.
