Ingredients
.....1/3 cup butter .....1/2 cup sugar .....3 eggs .....3/4 cup maple syrup .....2 1/4 cups all purpose flour .....3 teaspoons baking powder .....1/2 cup milk .....2 cups fresh blueberries .....Powdered sugar |
PreparationPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in maple syrup. Sift flour and baking powder together. Beat in dry ingredients and milk alternatively, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Pour batter into greased and floured 1 1/2 quart mold. Bake at 45 to 50 minutes or until top is richly browned. Unmold; cool on rack. Dust top with powdered sugar. |
